Dot Social Instructions
Dot Social Events are a great opportunity to connect with your local Dot community while promoting your business! To ensure a successful event, we’ve broken down some of the roles and responsibilities of the host business and the local chapter leadership.
APPLY 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHOSEN DATE
If you are interested in hosting a Dot Social, the first step is to fill out this form. It will go directly to our Event Coordinator who will review it and follow up with you.
Host Responsibilities
The Dot Social host (YOU) will lead the following:
*Managing Facebook Event (Sharing, Commenting, Answering Questions, etc)
*Promoting the event on their business website and/or social media sites
* Ensuring ongoing communication regarding the event to Chapter Leader(s)
* Collecting payments (if applicable)
* All costs associated with hosting a Dot Social are the responsibility of the host
* Please note alcohol cannot be supplied for free
